Smoke Machine
The Smoke Machine was a private event designed that took place on a decommissioned ferry boat, and featured site specific art installations and experiences by artists such as JR, Oliver Jeffers, Swoon, Prune, and many more. The project was created by Ida Benedetto and Nathan Austin, Sextantworks.
Following the three-day private event, I produced a weeklong series of friends & family festivities while the project was being deinstalled. (July 2015):
Coordinate custom catering and live entertainment for each party.
Manage guest list and RSVPS for 500+ guests.
Transport guests to the secret venue.
